Spending Christmas at this hotel was a delight! the cozy and warm ambiance just made us feel at home. the beautiful nature surrounding the hotel was a stunning sight to wake up to every morning. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a decent selection of food to choose from. the hotel was conveniently located close to the beach and other attractions in the area. We also enjoyed a variety of entertainment options that they offered.

The cleanliness could have been better. the pool water wasn't very clear, and the pool did not have a properly positioned ladder or stairs for easier access.

This hotel offers a beautiful natural setting, allowing guests to be in direct touch with nature. Surrounded by stunning scenery, it provides a serene and peaceful atmosphere. the rooms are comfortable and cozy, offering a relaxing retreat. the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. the service here is attentive and friendly, making guests feel welcome and at home.

Our New Year experience was enjoyable in terms of location and amenities. The hotel is in close proximity to a mountain range, which makes for a beautiful view and hiking spot, and it also has access to a private beach. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially during the New Year's Eve party, which was lively and had great food options. the hotel has a sauna and hot tub which was a nice touch.

While there were some positives, there were also a few negatives. The rooms were a bit dated and could use some renovations.
